Hi all,
I have an agentless outbound campaign with a rule that will update a contact list column "Result" if the call was answered or not. Then I need to pass this value from column "Result" using data action to customer server. Can you please guide me how to configure data action for this case? I have already configured Campaign, rules, and architect flow, only missing data action part.

I would always advise that you master the API you are trying to use in a tool like postman, so that you understand authentication (if required) and how to layout the requests that you need to make. Once you have that stuff down feel free to ask detailed questions.
