Hi,
I'm trying to embed a tool I built. I am doing this via the following instruction: https://help.mypurecloud.com/articles/set-custom-client-application-integration/
I selected "Custom Client Application", however I am missing the permissions tab as shown in step 7. I only want admins to see this tool.
Can anyone tell me what I am doing wrong? Or should I create a new group and use group filtering on the 'Configuration" tab?

I think the screenshot (in step 7) is inaccurate. It is the screenshot of a Premium application, which has a specific permission (premium application specific) assigned to it.
With the Custom Client Application, enablement of the application for users is done via the Group filtering in the Configuration tab. You can set one to multiple Groups there. If a user is part of one of these groups, then, the custom client application (widget mode or standalone mode) will appear in he PureCloud client (on next login).
