This is not the process for entering the Limited Availability program for Agentic Virtual Agent. There was a full application that needed to have been submitted by you or your Genesys AE a few weeks ago, and based upon the application Product Management decided which ones were approved for the program. I doubt there is still time to join, but you can reach out to your CSM or AE and ask one of them to check into it.

Having Agentic Virtual Agent available in sandbox orgs would be extremely valuable for proper testing and adoption. It would allow partners and customers to safely validate use cases, behaviors, and guardrails before moving to production.
Today, the lack of sandbox access limits real experimentation and meaningful feedback.
Hope this can be considered.
