I noticed that I was getting a "you don't have permission" message accessing transcripts on voice interactions. In browser developer tools I could see that /api/v2/speechandtextanalytics/conversations/{conversationId}/communications/{communicationId}/transcripturls was returning 403 response. However the puzzling thing was that that I had the documented required permissions (and presumed that web interface had the required scopes).
After wasting more than an hour on this I eventually found this page: https://developer.genesys.cloud/forum/t/new-permissions-to-view-speech-and-text-analytics-data-in-interaction-details-view/21048
Can you please update the online documentation (including API Explorer) to reflect the new permissions that are required for the affected APIs? (Please refer to link above.)
