Hello,
I read if the GC Forum (https://developer.genesys.cloud/forum/t/populate-email-transcript-from-salesforce/6313) that Daniel had successfully send the Chats transcript to an activity field within Salesforce. I've done the configuration:
- create a new field in the Activity object
- set the mapping within the GC package
But unfortunately, the field is not populated. Did I missed something?

Hi Vincent,
This forum deals pretty much with questions around the Genesys Cloud platform APIs and the development tools. Your question seems more geared towards the configuration of the Salesforce connector and why data is not showing up. I would suggest you post in our Genesys Knowledge Network Forum. They will probably be able to answer your question more effectively than we will.
