Hi,
I'm creating a script and part of it involves the agents selecting from a (relatively) long list of options.
Rather than add them manually (and changing it when they change), is there a way to populate the list from a Data Table?
I've seen this topic before when it seemed the list could not be dynamic, and there is nothing in the documentation that suggests it can be done - but wanted to check. https://developer.genesys.cloud/forum/t/adding-values-and-variables-to-the-drop-down-list/6385
