    Hi,

    I can't seem to add a phone number to a group or enable it for calls when creating the group via Post /api/v2/groups.

    I've even tried PUT /api/v2/groups/{groupId} to add a number and enable calls but still have no luck.

    I can create the group but the number won't take unless I go in an do it manually. I was wondering if this was a limitation or if anyone had any luck.

    If you're specifying data in the request per the documented format and it's being ignored without any errors, please open a case with Genesys Cloud Care to investigate the errant behavior. API failures must return an error response when there is a failure; silent failures are to be reported as bugs.

    Thanks for the reply. I even tested it in API Explorer to be certain. When using the API to create a group, the number won't take, the same behavior with the update API. The only way Group saves a number is if the enable calls toggle is selected. I couldn't this option in any of the APIs, thus I believe the API doesn't behave as intended but I want to check in case I was mistaken. Thank you!
