Hi, Until February 15, the requests worked perfectly. Since February 15, the same requests return an bellow error every time: Error calling PostConversationsDetailsQuery: {“status”:500,“code”:“internal.server.error”,“message”:“An unexpected error was encountered which prevented it from fulfilling the request.”,“details”:[],“errors”:[]}
Can you help?

5xx errors cannot be investigated via the forum. Please report this to PureCloud Support with correlation IDs from the 500 responses.
