Hi,
is there a way to prevent a duplicate login from happening if the original login is still active? In other words, can we prevent a second login with the same username and password from the other PC when agent is already logged in somewhere else? Currently, when someone attempts to login with the same user name and password from the other PC the original agent is forced out of the system. We are hoping to prevent this.
