We are using a IVR in arquitech to make a quality survey that store the results in call attributes, this works fine when is a single call, but when make a reeschedule callback, sometimes we found attributes in both segments of the call, and another time found that call attributes are overwriting. we are recovering this attributes to make a customized report. Do you have an idea of this behavior.
