Hello
Can someone help me with a problem I am having right now when trying to consume the /api/v2/conversations/{conversationId} API from a Genesys Cloud Data Action
When I try to consume it show the following error.
According to the documentation, the user used in the integration must have this permissions
The Oauth user used for the integration already has that permission.
I tried using others API like /api/v2/conversations/settings API and it works well.
