Hi.. I think this is not a right place to ask this question.. but
it has been a week since I asked this question through support team, and I am not getting a proper response..
So I am asking u guys if you know how to solve this..
We are trying to install a bridge server, and we are getting this message after putting token generated on the website.
The message we are getting is in Korean, and if I translate it,
Program or feature "\??\c:\windows\temp\inin-bridgeserver-v3\7z.exe" can not start or run because it is incompatible with 64-bit version Windows. Contact your software vendor to make sure you have a version that is compatible with 64-bit Windows.
I checked the requirements for a bridge server, and I am positive that those requirements are met.
Not sure why we get two question marks for the path.
Would you please provide a way to solve this problem??
