Would love to hear from Project Managers in this community - what do you find the most helpful resources, and is there any specific training that you have found helpful in your job?

Hi Alicia, really good question.  I have found a lot of the AI training very useful to get an overview of the product, the concepts in play and how to get the best out of the delivery. I have also found it really useful to find out more about the Journey Management capability.  My current deliveries focus on these elements and I feel I have a grounding of what we can do with the platform and help with customer conversations.  In addition, I am focusing on the Business User learning path as it's non technical but it gives a good grounding what our customers would want to know.

From my experience as a PM, the most valuable resources have honestly been a mix of practical experience, peer learning, and structured frameworks.

A few things that have helped me the most:

• Learning from real project situations and cross-functional collaboration
• Strong Governance (communication and stakeholder management practices)
• Agile/Scrum methodologies and change management approaches
• Communities like this where people share practical insights and lessons learned

In terms of training, understanding how AI is influencing project delivery, customer experience, and operational decision-making has also become increasingly valuable for PMs. I am focusing on the various trainings/webinars available on this portal which are really meaningful while driving conversations with customers.
