    Hi all,

    I'm needing to pull a report containing Conversation ID, ANI, Final QueueID, Total Talk Time on a daily basis for the previous day. Would anyone be able to assist with this? I have tried a few of the conversation apis but i'm either way over aggregating or under aggregating the data.
