Is there any way to purchase DIDs via API/Webhook? Unless I'm missing something, I do not see any API calls related to PureCloud Voice > Number Management.

There is currently no way to purchase phone numbers for PureCloud Voice via an API. It must be done via the Admin UI within PureCloud.
