Hi, we are facing an issue calling Purecloud API /api/v2/analytics/queues/observations/query
In the last 4/5 days we are experiencing long time responses or HTTP errors (504 gateway.timeout/503 service.unavailable) with this API. Most of the calls take 7 to 14 seconds to be returned, whilst the same calls usually took less than 2 seconds (which is the default timeout for NodeJS library) - we are using this API for last 3 months without any problem and with acceptable response time.
I reproduce that behaviour using Postman, in order to exclude every possible custom implementation issue.
Having those kind of response time affects our application performance.
Could you please have a look a this issue?

Server-side issues (any 5xx responses) must be reported to PureCloud Support via opening a support ticket.

I have already opened a ticket on Purecloud Support site (see case 0002012391) - but they told me to ask on Developer Forum...:confused:
