Hi,
Can anyone who manage to setup the integration in between Zendesk & PureCloud Data Source advice me how to configure it?
I would like to get the contact detail based on phone number from either Zendesk or Sales and instruct Call flow for the next action.

I don't know anything about Zendesk's APIs, but if they have a REST API that uses JSON, you should be able to read their API documentation and configure a data action for it. Here's the docs on data actions: https://help.mypurecloud.com/articles/about-purecloud-data-actions-integration/
