    Does anyone know a solution for changing the calling party number when using click to dial in salesforce? We have a lot of dedicated numbers for our customers to call us on, we would like to place calls with the same number. Right now we have 50-100 queues that agents must switch to to change the number. Ideally we could use one queue, or none, and use some data setting on the outbound call to manipulate the outbound number. We have salesforce and purecloud hooked up for inbound calls, it looks up the calledaddressoriginal, gets customer data etc then routes to a single queue and the agents know what customer is calling.

    Any ideas?
