I have a customer building a Bridge connector for SQL (premise Bridge). Customer's environment is HIPAA enabled. Questions are: what method is used for transferring data from the Bridge server to PureCloud? Is there a link to a resource to share with their information security department? When using that data in Architect or a screen pop, how is it protected in transit? Does HIPAA enablement affect this in any way?

All of the communication between Bridge Server & PureCloud is over TLS 1.2 channels. For Data Dips that is specifically over a mutually authenticated TLS websocket. Keep in mind that securing local/prem resources is up to the customer and may require installing Bridge Server on a Windows VM/server with encrypted storage if sensitive PII is in use.

All Bridge Security features are the same regardless of whether HIPAA compatibility is enabled for the org.
