Hello, everyone!
I've been working on a project where we needed to use the Conversations API (api/v2/analytics/conversations/details/query) and we were getting the purpose field with user as the value in the response, but we haven't been getting the purpose and userId fields recently, and the Genesys account is in the Canada region.
I wanted to know if it was only me that was having this problem or if anyone else was having the same problem.
