I would like to know if anyone has tried out live chat transfer from pypestream platform to genesys platform. Is that even possible. To give more details, i have a chatbot hosted on pypestream that does the basic QnA and if it doesnt know the answer, it falls back to live agent chat. I would like to transfer this chat to genesys queue with the required attributes. I know that the guest chat API might help but is there anything else i could try? too vague? please ask questions that i can answer and help converge the discussion. Thanks in advance.
