HI Is there way to get the detailed Quality Evaluation marks. We would like to know the results of each question in a QA form. Currently the reporting only gives total scores and critical scores. However we would like to know what staff are scoring for the various criteria's(questions) in an evaluation form. If there is no reporting/views, is there any API's that could get this information.

Visit https://developer.genesys.cloud/devapps/api-explorer and filter on "Quality" category to explore the API's that work with quality data. You can likely use those to get to the data you're looking for.
