Hello Community,
I'm seeking for suggestions on how to query the call details using inin-outbound-id from the Call List, so I can get the wrapup codes, conversation start/end time, user who handled the call, duration ...etc.
I can see we have only GET CONTACT API (/api/v2/outbound/contactlists/{contactListId}/contacts/{contactId}) that allow you to query call list using inin-outbound-id but we can't get the interaction details.
We're looking to send this piece of info to external CRM solution and not sure how to perform this action

Hello,
I think that the inin-outbound-id from the Call List corresponds to the outboundContactId attribute. You can set it in a segment filter in the query for conversation details. See my answer here: https://developer.mypurecloud.com/forum/t/notification-subscription-issues/8406/2
