I went through this a couple of times over the last number of years and can agree with @Daniel Bergland, it did take a bit of time.
I initially started with engaging directly with the community team via email, reach out to them, however you do need to methodically do this and ensure you have a note of each part i.e. community, orchestrators (beyond for me at the time), certs, ideas lab etc...
Something to note and that I always found beneficial is that within settings on Credly always keep a personal email address on this, you can amend which one is the default email. If you forget the password then your reset password can go to your personal email address if you enter this on the "forgot password" page and it is linked to the Credly account.
