  • 1.  Query on Orchestrator Login and Achievement Transfer

    Hi Team,

    My current Orchestrator login is linked to my organization ID. What will happen when I move to a different organization and create a new Orchestrator login using my company email ID?

    Is there any way to transfer my existing achievements and points to the new login ID?

    I just went through this, they were able to move everything over to the account tied to my new email.  It did take a bit of time your Genesys account is not a singluar piece, it is handled by multiple teams from Genesys to get everything moved over.  It's a bit of a hassle but it can be done. 
    I lost access to my certs kept on Credly though, no way to recover the password on the account without access to the email and was one of the few that wasn't in my password manager.

    Also following as I have also asked the same question. I sent emails to 2 groups who have sent me in circles. 

    If there is a way to change my login to a personal email rather than business email, I would like to do that. As of now the best help I got was adding an email to my orchestrators profile.

    I went through this a couple of times over the last number of years and can agree with @Daniel Bergland, it did take a bit of time.

    I initially started with engaging directly with the community team via email, reach out to them, however you do need to methodically do this and ensure you have a note of each part i.e. community, orchestrators (beyond for me at the time), certs, ideas lab etc...

    Something to note and that I always found beneficial is that within settings on Credly always keep a personal email address on this, you can amend which one is the default email. If you forget the password then your reset password can go to your personal email address if you enter this on the "forgot password" page and it is linked to the Credly account.

    Yeah, good question. Updating a personal email alongside your corporate one, in the profiles is recommended (be it Orchestrator profile, Credly, Genesys Communities) 

    @Daniel Bergland Now, that you've gone through the process. It'd be great if you could share the steps. I wonder, how does it work for those who login using Okta.
