Based on why-can-my-data-change document i understood there will be some junk data cleanup and fixes related to data integrity will be applied by Genesys Batch Service. I observed this behavior for conversations and user details and came to conclusion we need to tie the results related to both jobs and query endpoint. Endpoints are listed below
- Query for conversation details
- Query for user details
Could someone provide me the endpoints where we can observe this behaviour?
