I am trying to understand the callback functionality in PureCloud.
Does PureCloud provides an ability to hangup and request a call back instead of queuing on the phone?
If so,:
- How does it come into the system?
- Does it come in as a normal call?
- Assuming it still be part of conversation topic notification, will it be part of 'Callback' object rather than 'Call'?
