I have a few questions about AudioHook.
I have looked up some information about AudioHook. https://developer.genesys.cloud/devapps/audiohook/session-walkthrough#open-transaction
Based on the information I found, it seems thatopen-transaction includes a custom Config parameter. I would like to know how to use this parameter effectively.
Currently, open-transaction includes some basic phone information. Is it possible to obtain additional information, such as the phone's Direction(inbound or outbound )and operator details, through the custom Config?
If so, could you please explain how to set the desired data on the custom Config settings page?
