I have been downloading contact lists as a stream using the following request to get the S3 URL.
GET https://api.mypurecloud.com/api/v2/downloads/{downloadID}?download=true&issueRedirect=false
It has has been working well for months. It appears there has been a change on or around 8/30/2020 which is now returning a 403 Forbidden response when I try to access the S3 URL returned from the above request.
I can't find documentation for the above endpoint to check if there were any documented changes.

If you're getting a 403 from the S3 URL shortly after it was generated, please open a case with Genesys Cloud Care to report the issue.

Thanks for the quick response, I just opened a ticket. I realized this is effecting the UI export as well although interestingly only 2 of our contact lists are impacted.

Just to circle back in case anyone else has this problem. It was the name of my contact list causing the problem. I was told "+" and "/" are not supported in the name now.
