When an "Inbound" message is receibed to genesys, the api is only sending the "Published" receipt. The receipts documentation (https://developer.genesys.cloud/routing/conversations/conversations-apis#post-api-v2-conversations-messages-inbound-open) says that also a "Read" receipt is send. Its this a error on the api?.

Hi @Hbugueno you are correct. read receipts are not supported yet today for open messaging. We are working on a better API setup and documentation for this use case already. Please be on the lookout in the future for an announcement when that is available.
