    We want to be able create a dashboard showing all active calls on one PureCloud org regardless of what queue the call is in and would also like to include non-queue calls.

    What is the best way to accomplish this using the Platform API? It seems we could subscribe for notifications on the queues, but that would not cover the non-ACD calls.

    On the dashboard we want to show this following: • ANI • DNIS • Session ID • Queue • Duration • Agent (if connected) • State (held, connected, etc)

    Conversation notifications are currently limited to scopes of ACD queues and users. This is a good request to post in the API Enhancement Requests category.
