I'm able to send a message from a customer to an agent using the web messaging guest api, now I want to receive using api the message that agent to the customer

Hi ayoub,
With a configured session and active websocket connection, you should see outbound messages arrive as detailed here. You can also retrieve message history through a separate action

hello Kaviya_V there is no specefic API; all you have to do is to use the guest api web messenger to communicate with an agent
