    If you had to name a good course or webinar you've taken in the last weeks that you can recommend, what would it be?

    For me it's been "revisiting" the Product Owner Foundation in Workday/LinkedIn Learning" how, was that... did I remember correctly?"

    I found the webinar on Genesys Cloud's Knowledge Fabric enjoyable, as it explained how this feature enhances AI-driven experience orchestration by connecting and contextualizing knowledge from multiple sources to deliver more accurate and dynamic responses.

    Recently, I found the Discover What's Next for Genesys Cloud roadmap webinar really useful.

    It covered upcoming updates around GC Associate, MFA rollout, Genesys Cloud Copilot, Email, and the broader AI journey. I always find these roadmap sessions helpful because they give a good view of what's coming and what to start planning for.

    I'd recommend a recent webinar on Genesys Cloud's Knowledge Fabric. It gave a clear look at how AI-driven experience orchestration can be improved by connecting and contextualizing knowledge from multiple sources, leading to more accurate and dynamic customer interactions.

    The other one is AI in Today's Contact Centers which is very worthwhile and highly relevant to current industry trends.
