    If you had to name a good course or webinar you've taken in the last weeks that you can recommend, what would it be?

    For me it's been "revisiting" the Product Owner Foundation in Workday/LinkedIn Learning" how, was that... did I remember correctly?"

    Great question. I really liked the Change Management for AI Adoption and the AI in Today's Contact Centers. Well structured and very relevant topics.
