I am adding a URL for my embedded iFrame App and see this mesage "refused to connect" to my URL. Is there something I need to add in the settings to bypass this?

Hi,
It's a content security policy issue. The page you embed within the frame should return a 'content-security-policy' header with the value of Genesys Cloud agent desktop origin in response headers, allowing the browser to display content from your site within the Genesys cloud frame.
Here's the sample header from my client app integration;
