Hi, Since agent owned campaigns are optional in Genesys, we implemented our campaigns without it. I am trying to do the API request: /api/v2/outbound/campaigns/{campaignId}/agentownedmappingpreview/results for an existing campaign. This is the error I see each time I submit a request: "The request failed with response code: 400. Message: agentOwnedColumn on campaign is not set". Is there a way to get around this issue? I am confused - If you're not using agent owned campaigns why would you expect an API that specifically returns them to work? What are you actually trying to do?

This is causing an issue when we are trying to sync Genesys data to our datalake. Even omitting this end point is not helping. Is there a specific order in which these tables have to be backedup to avoid this issue? For more context we are using Genesys Connector for Fivetran

Genesys does not provide support for 3rd party offerings. If you're having trouble using the solution from Fivetran, you should open a support ticket with them about it.
If you're making your own API requests, we're happy to help with that. The error from the first post seems correct. You're trying to access configuration on a campaign where you opted not to set up that configuration, hence the 400 bad client request. If you make that API request for a campaign that has that configuration, it should return success.
