A customer wants to call the KnowledgeService plugin to get the top articles from Knowledge for their custom made FAQ site.
The issue is that it seems that the plugin only loads when you open the messenger window, while it's minimized it's not possible to call commands, and the KnowledgeService.ready doesn't fire until you open the window.
Is it possible to load the plugin without opening the messenger window via Javascript?
When using Headless Mode it loads all plugins right away, but we don't want to build a custom chat widget.
