We have developed a script & configured at Queue - > Voice level Functionality of script - Script will call the API to insert agent details and then open the Boss URL Once agent picks the call / connected the it will hit the insert agent details API & then open the BOSS URL . It is working fine but if an Agent dont have an access to BOSS URL it will reload the Genesys script multiple times & open the BOSS URL insert the agent details many times (sometimes 11 also) . Due to this we are able to see multiple record in data base If an agent has access to BOSS URL then only once it will open the BOSS URL & insert the agent details only once So can I know why & where the script is loading & insertin the data multiple times so that it will not insert session id details multiple times in Data base
