Hi there,
I was just wondering if anyone had any idea on how to do this? When I do it within the PureCloud web app it doesn't retroactively remove policies that have been set by older policies. I can't find an API to do this by division or interactions within a date range.
Any help would be appreciated!

I'm not sure what you're referring to, but you can look in the network tab in the developer console in your browser to see what API requests the UI is making when you do something.

Hi Neal,
In the PureCloud UI you can elect to delete recordings that match a policy, even if there is an overlap with another policy. Go to the policy and under Actions to Perform, select Delete, then tick the checkbox to "Delete even if another policy retains."
If you want to work with media retention policies via the APIs, you can use the Recordings API.
