Hi there, I was playing on the PureCloud My Profile. Was creating new division and editing some roles. I am not sure what I did, but looks like I removed myself from some admin privilege. Now I am not able to access Admin tab at all, it's not even showing.
Is there any way I can grant myself as admin? Silly mistake I did! Let me know, Thanks

Hi Suresh,
You can use the Authorization API to fetch the list of roles for your organization and then set the missing role for your user. You can do this quite easily using our API Explorer tool.

If you're lacking permission to do what Becky has described, you'll need to find someone in your org that has permissions to grant you the role or open a case with PureCloud Care to recover your account permissions.

yeah Tim. I was the only one admin with another account. So I tried updating the authroization by first getting the necessary ids by below call, https://api.mypurecloud.com/api/v2/authorization/subjects/me
But looks like update fails due to authorization error. I will talk to PureCloud Care in getting my admin privilege back. Thank you
