    We have a case where on certain days of the week there are Spanish speaking agents available, and if a caller would like to speak to one they can choose that option, and then the call will be transferred to the queue with a Spanish skill attached. The queue has both Spanish and no Spanish speakers, and we are looking to strip off the Spanish skill if non Spanish calls are getting answered sooner.
