Is there a way to anonymize ANI field from the conversation detail metadata?

Which API should I use to delete an interaction in case of GDPR requests ?

Which of the APIs matches my cases ?

/api/v2/conversations/{conversationId}/participants/{participantId}/attributes

/api/v2/gdpr/requests

GDPR requests can be made using the GDPR APIs. More information about how the requests work can be found on the Resource Center: https://help.mypurecloud.com/articles/purecloud-and-gdpr-compliance/.

You don't target specific conversations. See The section How does the PureCloud GDPR service work? in the Resource Center link above for a description of how to make a GDPR request for specific information.
