    Hello,

    We were informed that genesys is deprecating some of the workforce management APIs. Below are the list.

    https://api.{eppapiserver}/api/v2/workforcemanagement/managementunits/{muid}/activitycodes https://api.{eppapiserver}/api/v2/workforcemanagement/managementunits/{muid}/weeks/{weekid}/schedules https://api.{eppapiserver}/api/v2/workforcemanagement/managementunits/{muid}/weeks/{weekid}/schedules/{scheduleid}

    Could someone please let us know the replacement APIs to use for all of these? We would like to start testing the new ones.

    I have been advised by genesys technical support to raise this question on dev forum.

    Thank you.

    I assume you're referring to this announcement?

    Hi @tim.smith

    I think this announcement is not covering all of the APIs I listed in my first message. I didn't found any info on below API in this announcement. /api/v2/workforcemanagement/managementunits/{muid}/activitycodes

    As per my understanding, We could still use all these APIs without any impact. Please correct me If I'm wrong. We are using these APIs in production right now, So I am a bit confused as why it says, "The following routes are unused "

    Also, How do we know about the new route release? Do we get notified by Genesys support?

    Thank you

    Assuming you mean the GET version of those routes, you need not worry. The routes you listed are being used and will continue to be supported for now. We are not breaking those. Lots of our customers are displaying schedules via the API.

    Updated routes will be provided as part of an upcoming feature release on May 6. The routes you listed won't be deactivated until all customers have been able to switch over to the new routes we are releasing May 6. You should see details about new Workforce Management features in the release notes.
