The Reprocess Interactions feature is currently in beta.
During testing, I identified an inconsistency related to the usability of this functionality.
Observed behavior:
When the Genesys language preference is set to Portuguese (Brazil), the "Export Interaction ID" button does not work as expected. The button is displayed in the interface but remains non-functional.
The same behavior was also identified in other languages and is not limited to Portuguese (Brazil). So far, the button appears to be operational only when the language is set to English.

Expected behavior:
The "Export Interaction ID" button should be available and fully functional regardless of the language selected by the user.
