You can follow the PureCloud Release Notes for announcements about changes to PureCloud. If you'd like to retrieve conversation information programmatically, see the Analytics APIs.

I'm not sure what you're asking. Which URL are you referring to and what does "guaranteed to open" mean?

URLs don't change very often, but there's no guarantee they will never change.
