Hello there,
Any of you guys can explain me how should I download all the data entry selected by users within inbound Menu?

Hi Mario, IVR analytics are planned to be available later this year. For now, the best option is to use Set Participant Data to add a participant attribute (key/value pair) to the conversation. They can be retrieved from the Conversations service. Conversations are fetched from that service one-at-a-time, so scripts that use this data often need to run for awhile.
