In Documentation it is mentioned that "The integration uses the SF_SearchValue custom attribute to screen pop a Salesforce search result for inbound calls, callbacks, emails, messages, and ACD voicemails. The search can be for a case number, a phone number, a contact name, or other items."
I want value passed in SFSearchValue to compared to Text field of Custom Object. Is that Possible? If yes, then where Do I need to map SFSearchValue with Custom Object field. I am not able to find any setting for it.
- Genesys Interaction attribute
I want to get Genesys interaction attribute "Call.ConversationId" value, when call is received in Salesforce. I know it can be saved to activity my doing the mapping in Settings. But, I required this attribute even before activity is saved. Is there any way I can get value of this attribute when call is received in salesforce.
