Hi Team,
I want a salesforce screen popup with customer details which are present in salesforce records on genesys application. For example: A call comes to an agent on genesys application screen, as soon as the agent picks up the call, a screen of salesforce with customer details should popup on a different window.

Hi,
You can use URL function within the inbound script to do this. Select the variable in architect that you wish to use ie, Flow.ANI and use a placeholder within the script to pop the url based on this.
