Hi, I got a problem, I uses PostAnalyticsConversationsDetailsQuery to get conversations imported into a local DB. But I discovered today that some scheduled callbacks aren't selected when i run the PostAnalyticsConversationsDetailsQuery call. fex I have a call made august 23, agent has scheduled a callback today august 31. I call PostAnalyticsConversationsDetailsQuery with date intervall for today. I got the record for the first call made the 23, because of my sync job that run on the 23, but I wont get the callback made today. It looks like the call i still connected to the initial call made the 23. I cant see the call made today under Interactions either. Shouldn't the new call made today create a new conversation? How can i ceep track of calls like this? It looks like maybey i can find these calls by looking at segmentend time , that it is Null.
