If I develop a mobile application (iOS or Android) is it possible to embed screen share to share the view of the mobile application with an agent?
I understand that this is possible if I create a thick client application running on a PC by leveraging Chromium + appropriate APIs so I'm essentially asking:
Can we do the same with a mobile application Will this be available as part of SDKs provided by Genesys
