Can anyone tell me if a Script URL pop request is coming from the client or the Cloud servers?

I'm not entirely sure what you're asking, but PureCloud doesn't initiate any connections outbound from the cloud service to an agent's desktop PC. That would be impossible because end-user PCs aren't addressable from the internet.

The customer is trying to figure out if when a Script pop for a URL happens, where that URL Request is coming from. - I am assuming it is coming from the users computer.
