Hello,
I am trying to use scripting during an inbound call to inject data (interactionID, callingTime, etc) into a Contact List, I tried multiple method to fix the issue but the following error "Failed to create contact" appear everytime.
I am using a custom action then Outbound.Create Contact fonction.
Is there prerequisite to know ?
